Graham is an international conference presenter and trainer and Managing Director of Vision Learning and Development Limited. He specialises in advanced communications skills and has helped thousands of people to develop the professional skills required to make convincing presentations. Many directors and managers required to make important speeches and conference presentations have benefitted from Graham’s coaching. He has helped many people to enhance their skills in the areas of influencing, coaching, training and facilitating.
Graham is perhaps best known for his use of fast cartoon drawings. He runs highly popular programmes that teach people how to use cartoons to make presentations memorable. His one-day master class ‘Cartooning for Presenters’ has been experienced by many major organisations in the UK and overseas. He now has a very successful e-learning version of the course available on CD-ROM and via intranets.
Graham has extensive business experience and is a former training manager at British Airways. In addition he has significant experience in education and is a former Deputy Headteacher. He reserves time each year to work with children and students to develop self-confidence and study skills for success in examinations.

Chris is an international trainer, coach and conference speaker with a wealth of specialist experience and knowledge in advanced inter-personal communication skills. He has the unique experience of both having been a senior director, working at a strategic level, managing multi-million pound budgets and leading diverse teams, alongside being an applied psychologist, educationalist and executive coach with a profound knowledge of how to get the best out of people.
Chris has extensive experience in developing leaders throughout the world through training workshops and 1:1 coaching. He has worked within a vast array of organisations in the private and public sectors, including many blue-chip companies In all these organisations he has successfully developed directors, consultants and managers of all levels to develop and raise their performance, their leadership style and management capabilities.

As a Training Consultant, Liz has worked in a wide range of industries in the UK and internationally, helping people to develop their communication skills, and their customer service (externally and internally). Her training experience originated from her fifteen-year earlier career with British Airways where she was responsible for a radical redevelopment of customer service training for Cabin Crew. She was subsequently invited to work in Hong Kong with Cathay Pacific Airlines, for two years, on a corporate customer service training programme, culminating in Cathay being awarded “The World’s Best Airline”.
In her training, Liz draws on her experience of over 20 years from working with many different clients in both Public and Private sectors of industry including many blue chip companies in the financial sector, airlines, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, information technology and market research. Liz has presented and facilitated groups at major corporate events for many premier companies.
For many years Liz was a core Associate in the nuclear industry (British Energy, and Magnox/BNFL), developing key communication skills in an industry where safety is paramount. Similarly, she continues to work with staff, nurses and clinicians in the NHS to develop their communication skills within and between multi-disciplinary teams, and with their patients.
In recent years Liz has been helping staff in many organisations to sensitively manage difficult customer situations and heightened levels of verbal aggression. For example, this has included work with local authority housing staff; staff in credit control; and staff on help-lines and in call centres.
Liz was advisor on the UK best selling training video “Phone Rage” for which she wrote the Trainers’ Guide, acclaimed by Personnel Today and The Independent Newspaper.

Jan’s passion is to facilitate personal development, working in groups or one to one. With her naturally enthusiastic style, she has successfully worked at all levels, from front-line staff to seniorexecutives, increasing individuals’ personal effectiveness and improving their feeling of self worth. Her specialist subjects are assertiveness, communication, managing difficult situations, presentation skills and time management.
Persuasive and influential, Jan has been a key team member in management development programmes. Her belief is that it is not organisations that are successful; it is the managers and staff who work within the organisation that drive the organisation forward (or backwards). Hence she has designed and delivered a range of workshops that increase the expertise of managers and staff, which in turn help organisations to maximize their success.
With over 19 years in training and development commencing at British Airways Jan has gained extensive experience across many different industry sectors from banks, charities, manufacturers, house-builders, solicitors, to utility providers and many others. Furthermore, Jan’s reputation for getting things done, recently presented her with an opportunity to spend 4 years working full time for one of her clients the FMCG Company, SC Johnson, improving internal communications and public relations.

Diana specialises in in- depth assessment of individuals for senior roles and in face to face coaching. She enjoys encouraging others to become the best they can be and to bring out latent talents. In her spare time she nurtures her own creativity through painting and sculpture, and for several years ran a creative writing group.
She brings the same creativity to the coaching relationship, offering out of the box solutions, and encouraging the same from her coaching clients. Her clients have achieved great benefits in personal effectiveness, career progression and life and career satisfaction.
Her approach is informed by a solid understanding of the psychological underpinnings of individual behaviour and motivation with a wealth of practical techniques and interventions and offers tools for change which really work. In her own varied career Diana has measured the language abilities of chimpanzees, researched the criminal mind, assessed people for jobs from check in agent to CEO and designed large scale recruitment programmes. She has advised on strategic approaches to human resource management, designed self-development resources and developed a psychological approach to dieting.
Diana is a Cambridge Graduate, a Chartered Psychologist, has a Master’s Degree in Business Psychology and is a Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer of NLP. She has extensive qualifications and experience of psychometric testing and has been a serial winner of Best Speaker at her local branch of Toastmasters.
Graham is an international business trainer and coach. His favourite thing to do is performance coaching, helping managers to bring their interpersonal skills up to the standard of their technical abilities – he loves seeing his clients realise that they can learn how to be good with people.
In an earlier life Graham was a professional musician and singer, which explains his relaxed, humorous style and his ability to make learning enjoyable and involving.He has performed or recorded with many artists, including Eric Clapton, Al Stewart, Cat Stevens and Emerson Lake & Palmer.
He is a Master Practitioner of NLP and a hypnotherapist and has taught NLP at the Universities of London and Bristol.
Neil Mullarkey co-founded the Comedy Store Players, Europe’s top improv troupe in 1985. His credits include Whose Line Is it Anyway, I’m Sorry I Haven’t A Clue, QI, Have I Got News For You, and Austin Powers movies.
For the last decade he has been running his Improvybourbiz sessions with organisations such as Microsoft, KPMG, London Business School, Saatchi & Saatchi, Astra Zeneca, Umbro, Unilever, UK Sport, and Deloitte using improvisational theatre to enhance leadership, communication and creativity skills. His experience in management training led him to create his award-winning alter ego, L.
