Graham
Shaw
Graham
is the founder of Vision Learning and Development. He
has extensive business training experience and is a
former training manager at British Airways. He specialises
in training trainers and presenters and in business
applications of NLP. He has trained thousands of people
around the world and is known for his use of fast cartoon
drawings during presentations. He teaches these skills
along with advanced trainer skills in his Master Classes
for trainers. Graham also takes his skills into schools
to teach Accelerated Learning to students and teachers.
He is a Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer of
NLP.

Chris McCloskey
Chris
specialises in the psychology of advanced personal communication
in business. He is a Chartered Psychologist and experienced
trainer with a focus on the application of psychology
in training and one-to-one coaching. He has delivered
training workshops to a wide range of professions within
the business sector, local government and the Health Service.
Chris has had significant senior management experience
within a leading Public Authority, playing a major role
in policy development and directly managing multi-million
budgets. Chriss past lives include; Carmelite friar,
teacher and educational psychologist! Chris has a Masters
Degree in Educational Psychology and is a Certified Trainer
and Master Practitioner in NLP. |

Jan Boyd
Jan
has extensive business training and consultancy experience
and is a former HR, and Learning and Development Manager
at British Airways and Mars. She specialises in resourcing
(including designing and implementing effective recruitment
processes, and training others in recruitment and assessment
techniques), and performance management (from how to
implement review processes to developing performance
management skills). She loves helping managers develop
their people management skills and enjoys facilitating
consultation groups, business planning workshops and
at conferences. Jan has also worked with villagers in
Lesotho and as a management consultant for Ernst and
Young. She has a BA degree in Development Studies, is
a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and
Development (FCIPD), a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic
Programming (NLP) and a qualified user of the Myers
Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and other profiling and
assessment tools. |

Neil Mullarkey
Neil
Mullarkey co-founded Britain's top improv troupe, THE
COMEDY STORE PLAYERS in 1985 and continues to improvise
with them twice a week at London's famous Comedy Store.
His many credits include Austin Powers movies (International
Man of Mystery and Goldmember), Whose Line Is it Anyway,
I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue, QI, Have I Got News For You
and Just A Minute. Neil runs workshops using improvisational
theatre to enhance people's skills in communication, leadership
and innovation. His training clients include the BBC,
Ashridge, |Deloitte, HSBC, KPMG, Cass Business School
at City University, Saatchi & Saatchi, Umbro, Leo
Burnett, Astra Zeneca and BP.
His award-winning alter ego, L. Vaughan Spencer (The Gangsta
Motivator), has played theatres and conferences across
the world with his show, Don’t Be Needy - Be Succeedy.

Graham Smith
Graham is an international business
trainer and coach. His favourite thing to do is performance
coaching, helping managers to bring their interpersonal
skills up to the standard of their technical abilities
he loves seeing his clients realise that they can
learn how to be good with people. In an earlier life Graham
was a professional musician and singer, which explains
his relaxed, humorous style and his ability to make learning
enjoyable and involving.
He has performed or recorded with many artists, including
Eric Clapton,
Al Stewart, Cat Stevens and Emerson Lake & Palmer.
He is a Master Practitioner of NLP and a hypnotherapist
and has taught NLP at the Universities of London and Bristol.

Diana Brown
Diana is a Chartered Occupational
Psychologist and experienced business consultant. She
has helped individuals and organisations with career
and performance issues, designed and implemented assessment
and selection methods and provided training and development
in many blue-chip organisations. She worked for 10 years
in research, and for 13 years in British Airways as
a manager and internal consultant before becoming an
independent business consultant. She operates both at
the strategic level and at an in-depth level with individuals.
Diana is a skilled assessor & coach, an NLP Master
Practitioner and Certified Trainer of NLP. She is the
author of Assessment Strategies for Business Advantage
(Financial Times 1999) and is committed to individual
development and to fostering flexible, creative solutions
to organisational problems.
